This tub is a refuge from the matrix. I recommend buying a 1500 watt emergence heater to raise and keep it hot at will. I have no complaints other than the touch pad being sensitive to water. Just dry it before using the control pad.
You can’t reach them. I’ve tried emailing and calling and they never respond.

Everything went in pretty easy. So far it works like a charm.
I bought this. It arrived woth concealed damagae and my plumber had to delay the install. We had both looked at the tub and didnt see any obvious problems on arrival. Tub wouldn't level and leaked. Not repairable. Company wouldn't refund since it was past 30 days. The tub was shipped in such a poor container that is likely how it was damaged. Pass on this tub! Tub looks amazing but service amd support aren't there to support a poorly built product.
Having never purchased directly from Empava, I wasn’t fully trusting about ordering online. I requested pick up but the tub was shipped. There was no answer when I called (over a dozen times in a 3-day period) Then someone called to schedule the delivery.
U am just glad I received it and I wasn’t scammed. But not having anyone answer the phone wasn’t cool. I did get an email back eventually, after the tub had been delivered.

We love this beautiful addition to our recent remodel. It’s not only a stunning-looking tub but does everything we asked for…lights, heater, fizz, and jets. It’s super easy to clean and sparkles after every cleaning. Perfect for one or two! We looked for several months and chose this tub and have never regretted our choice. 100% satisfied.
We received this tub promptly and in good shape from the shipping company. I tested the tub and functions before setting it in place and it worked perfectly. No leaks at any of the fittings and all of the pump and features worked as expected. I like that it is made of sturdy fiberglass and has a well built metal frame to support it. I'm very happy with this purchase and I look forward to relaxing in this tub frequently!
We bought it for the shape, appearance, and build quality. The surface isn't going to hold up any better than any other acrylic tub, in my opinion.
