Ive had my Empava for over a month now. So far so good..so easy to use and the results are great. Like have the 2rd rack

My sister talked me into buying a convection oven, and I am glad she did because I love the features the oven provides.

Love the size, looks and features. Wish it came. With a user's manual or had a link to one. I can download and print one directly from the website.

I bought a new Empava convection oven to replace an older GE that was in my house. I really love it. Features which I especially appreciate: the quick preheat with convect cooking options, the little clock that tells you what time you put your food in (in case you forget to set a timerthis has saved me several times, the probe which checks meat temperature while cooking. I also especially appreciate the quality of the racks and the entire unit. I looked at some that were super flimsy feeling. This is built very sturdy.

As my wife and I were looking for a new oven, I kept going back to this Empava oven because it felt more solid, heavy duty, and better built than the others. We could have paid a little less for another brand but this one had a better look and feel that made me feel that it was in a much higher class than the others. I love the features and options of this oven such as convection bake. Everything is easy and straight forward to use. I love the lighting in the oven and the size of the door glass. When I turned on the oven light for the first time, I was very impressed by how clear and bright the interior of the oven was and how clear you could see the food inside. This was much better than our previous oven. We have have this oven for about a month and we are very pleased with it so far.

We replaced our previous KitchenAid wall oven that stopped working after 9 years. Only problem is that after new oven was installed we noticed that the top of the oven was slightly bent so that it protrudes past the cabinet. Not sure if it came that way from the factory or if it was damaged post delivery by the store.

I bought this unit to replace a 1990's magic 24" wall oven. Easy install. Works well, browns evenly, steady temp. Reheats food faster than a non-convection oven. Nice unit.

The oven accomplishes what it is supposed to do but does not appear to be very efficient. The electric bill has increased somewhat, but this is probably due to the thrill of having one and using it frequently; once everyone in the house gets bored baking will revert to the exact amount.
Overall very satisfied with our first oven and looks really good in the kitchen.
