Product came with damage to one of the grills which we had already installed unit. Was able to contact Empava through emails and was replaced easily. Stovetop works great. Love the five burners. Empava was great to work with!

This cook top arrived very quickly. Hard to get these through any big store. Always on backorder. So nice to get it quickly from Empava. And the price was less as well. The cook top was in great condition and fits nicely where our old one was located. Seems to work just fine.

excellent gas cooktop

Ive had it for three months and this is a very good product. Easy to install. Very easy to clean. We had to purchase one extra piece for the gas pipe and it works well. I decided to purchase it at a retailer near my home instead and saved about $25. I am looking forward to remodeling my kitchen in the next 2-3 yrs.

Works great fast delivery zero problems

I had a friend come by because I was smelling a fant gas odor and found out the was a small crack in the converter attached to the range.

The booklet was not helpful, but there was telephone service. You have to dial several times to get connected. Received manual by email, sad to say no language with the movie. Willing to replace parts, but we finally was able to get all flames to work. Watch that the broiler plates fit and do not slide off. .We had to try several times to get it correct.
The grates are very heavy. We have not used it, therefore cannot judge how easy it is to clean. It is fully closed in. No way to clean any boiled over food out.

Like this features, the switches far away which will not be hot.

No burner caps. Might come back and update my review if I ever get the burner caps.

Update-called Empava and they shipped out the caps. Unit was easy to install, make sure to get the kit and use pipe dope. Have used for about a month. No problems
