A beautiful soaker tub that exceeded our expectations. Install was a bit tricky because our drainage pipes were fixed and we didn't want to pay exorbitant plumbers fees. Also much harder to level than you might think Husband is all round handyman and was able to do all the work

We just built a master bath addition, and a major inspiration for it was adding a big soaker tub. I looked at a lot of models to find one that would be long enough and deep enough to actually cover my 5'9" body in water completely instead of having some part of my body sticking out and getting cold. The dimensions, design, and price were right on this one - no regrets so far! It arrived in perfect condition with very good packaging, and was light weight to move around. My plumber suggested using a solid drain pipe instead of the flexible pipe that came with it since he's seen a history of those flexible hoses leaking. Looking forward to many relaxing soaks in this tub!!!
It arrived without any damages, great packaging. This tub went into master bedroom on a second floor. It was light to carry up stairs. I didn't install myself, but the crew that did my bathroom didn't complain about it being a problem.
After it is all said and done, I love it. It is really deep and super stylish. Only complain on my end is that I order the tub with the black drain slot, and it came with a chrome color one. Still, I don't think it destroyed the look I was hoping for. All in all, great tub for the price, long, deep, and comfortable.
Also, it is easy to clean as well.
