Product arrive on time as promised and in great condition

The tub looks nice but surprisingly light weight. A crack formed along the top lip, which is why we are giving this a 4 star. We will need to replace the already installed tub.
Empava sent a new replacement tub without too much hassle. The tub is really nice. Just check for damage when it arrives, as we have learned acrylic tubs are pretty light and can crack.

The product description and the image are beautiful but we had to break our tile floor and get the plumber to device a popular fit, adding time and money to the project. 3 stars for this time

This tub is fantastic. We considered several alternatives before settling on this one. It's ideal for our space. It is strong and well-made. Despite our reservations about ordering a tub we had never seen before, it turned to be beautiful. The Empava delivery team made certain that we unpacked everything to ensure that there was no damage during shipping. They arrived on time and we love it.

Received in a thin walled box with no padding around the base of tub to keep from moving in the box. The plumber unwrapped the plastic and foam padding around the rim and found a large crack along the front edge.

It arrived in good shape last week, had it installed over the weekend. sleek modern, the color is beautiful polar white. It was very easy to install and made with quality materials.
